IKEA asked us to create something interesting for the internal training & development program, with the input that it should contain around 30 puzzle pieces which would indicate number of trainings.

After each training, employee would get one jigsaw piece and after finishing whole development program it would have the whole puzzle completed.

Finally, we had more than 20 variations, one for each training group, so we had different colours of the horse. Production process was very interesting as well since all the types had different die cut lines and we needed to design different and tailor-made parts.
