Education Reform Advocacy Campaign – Civic Initiatives

Civic Initiatives launched a nationwide campaign to promote comprehensive education reform in Serbia, uniting key stakeholders and engaging citizens in identifying issues and proposing solutions. We developed several visual identity concepts that reflect the campaign’s drive for radical, modern change. This logotype - our favorite - captures that transformative spirit, though it was not selected as the final mark.

Civic Initiatives are launching a campaign advocating for a comprehensive, effective and participatory reform of the educational system in Serbia. Goals of the education reform are:
a) Gathering stakeholders - civil society organizations dealing with education, professional associations, professionals in education, representatives /the university, schools, student and student organizations, parents, independent experts etc;
b) Involving citizens in mapping problems and propose solutions for improving the educational process at all levels;
c) Prioritization reform and development of vocational and applicable suggestions to solve the mapped problem;
d) Urging our suggestions and solutions related to the creation of a modern and efficient education system found in the relevant legislation, strategies and other documents;
e) Providing further support for the collection of data on education and the implementation of a detailed analysis of the field of educational policy in Serbia.
Our main idea about this logotype was the radical education reform. We created various identities and this one was our favorite. It was not chosen as the final logotype.
